It is a nice depth and circumferance and not very hard to put together. It has six screws to assemble the stand. Three fit fine, but the other 3 were too large for the holes in the legs, or more likely, the holes were drilled too small. I had to find 3 tiny screws to finish assembly. It is attractive with a simple design.
