    We have this product in a front bed. The main drawback is that it comes in three sections and the sections -- as is are not connected. I'm going to add some connections or crimping to these pieces as without them it is not stable for the location. It may fare better on a flat, stone surface. It looks good, but needs additional stablity to really serve its purpose.

            The first one we received was defective and had to be replaced. [...] The birdbath itself is pretty good and easy to put together, but a little light weight. We put rocks in the bottom of the column to keep it from being blown over in the wind. So far the birds don't seem to be attracted to it.

                I purchased this bird bath for my mother for mother's day, and they have only had it a month and it has fallen apart already. I loved the looks of it, but am very disappointed in the quality. They are going to try to fix it, but it was way over priced for the quality.

                Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
